To open an account with us, please visit our office and get a copy of the BO Account Form or download from the website.

Any single person can open an Individual and a Joint Account with another person.

To open an account, client will also require the following:

For Resident of Bangladesh

• Copy of National ID (NID) or of a valid Passport of 1st /Principal Applicant
• Copy of National ID (NID) of 2nd/Joint Applicant (if any)
• Copy of National ID (NID of Nominee
• 3 (Three) copies Passport Size Photo of 1st /Principal Applicant
• 2 (Two) copies Passport Size Photo of 2nd/Joint Applicant (if any)
• One copy Passport Size Photo of Nominee (duly attested by 1st /Principal Applicant)
• Bank Statement or Bank Certificate or MICR Cheque
• Power of Attorney (POA) / Authorization documents by CDBL Form and nomination by TK. 300/= Non-Judicial Stamp. (if any)

For Non Resident of Bangladesh

• Copy of valid Passport or Social Security Card or Resident Card of Principal (and Joint, if any) Applicant
• Copy of Employment certificate or Work Permit
• Local Bank Account Statement or Bank Certificate or MICR Cheque
• Copy of National ID (NID) of Power of Attorney
• Copy of National ID (NID) of Nominee
• 3 (Three) copies Passport Size Photo of 1st /Principal Applicant
• 2 (Two) copies Passport Size Photo of 2nd/Joint Applicant (if any)
• 2 (Two) copies Passport Size Photo of Power of Attorney (duly attested by 1st /Principal Applicant)
• 2 (Two) copies Passport Size Photo of Nominee (duly attested by 1st /Principal Applicant)

For Company Account

• Board Resolution for BO A/C Open and operated by whom (Authorized Person)
• Certificate of Incorporation
• Memorandum & Articles of Association
• Trade License
• E-Tin Certificate
• Bank Certificate/Statement
• Picture of Authorized person (Duly Attested by Company Chairman or Managing Director)
• NID Photocopy of Authorized Person (Duly Attested y Company Chairman or Managing Director)

Clients with BO accounts with Ace Capital Management Service Limited can apply for IPO through us.

Client(s) will need to fill-up & submit a simple IPO Application Form to apply for any particular IPO. Client(s) download the IPO Application Form or can collect the Form from our office.

The Primary Market Invest

Our BO Account Holder(s)/client(s) can apply for IPO (Initial Public Offering) through us.

Our client(s) will need to fill-up & submit a simple IPO Application Form to apply for any particular IPO. Our client(s) download the IPO Application Form or can collect the Form from our office.

Secondary Market Investment

Our BO Account Holder(s)/client(s) can apply for IPO (Initial Public Offering) through us.

We only offer Cash Accounts, so clients will need to deposit money in their respective BO Account before they can trade.

Our BO Account Holder(s)/client(s) will need to collect the DSE-Mobile Registration Form from our office or can download the Form here.

Submit the Form to Ace Capital Management Service Limited (your trader).

Applicant(s) will need to provide 2 (two) copies of Passport Size Photograph when submitting the Form.

Once the processing of Application Form is complete, the Applicant will be informed via call and/or email. Further details on how to access online trade will be provided accordingly.
